主权正义论──全球化时代马克思主义的主权观探析

马克思主义认为，主权是个历史概念，它随着民族国家的产生而产生，随着民族国家的灭亡而灭亡。主权、正义的标准是有利于国家根本利益。在全球化进程中，发展中国家的主权、正义表现为以维护自身根本利益为原则。同时，也应看到发达国家的主权非正义性，它是跨国垄断资本实现其侵略扩张的工具，应加以警惕和抵制。

On the justice of sovereignty --Marxist idea of sovereignty in globalization

Marxism maintains that sovereignty is a historical concept. Sovereignty always benefits the interests of nations. Developing countries are facing the challenge of the western developed countries and transnational capital. In order to advance their development, developing countries are bound to give up some national sovereignty,but they should benefit interests of the people. At the same time, they should also pay attention to the injustice of the developed countries' sovereignty, which is their tool for invasion and expansion through transnational capital and should be resisted.
