| 摘 要： | 普通高校大学生艺术团作为高校校园文化建设的生力军,提升了校园文化的质量,营造了浓厚的校园文化氛围,在和谐校园文化建设中发挥着独特的育人作用。分析了高校大学生艺术团的现状,指出了艺术团存在的问题,并提出了一些建设性的思考,如完善管理体制、培养艺术骨干、培育团队特色、加大经费投入、强化激励机制等。
