摘    要:怕做班主任,不愿做班主任,这是中职学校实行并轨制度尤其是实行免试入学制度以来绝大部分教师的心情.其原因大致有工作量太大,工作时间太长;班级管理难度日益增大;和学生交流存在明显的困难等原因.要促进班主任快乐成长和专业发展,一是要有相关的制度保障和学校对班主任进行有计划、有组织的培训和提高;二是班主任要主动塑造、自我完善.

Abstract:The article analyses the reason why most teachers in secondary vocational schools are afraid to be a class adviser.In the meantime,it suggests taking the following steps to promote the happy growth and professional development of class advisers:(1)the assurance of the relevant system and the training of the class advisers;and(2)the self-moulding and self-improvement of the class advisers.
