上海建设开放型经济新高地研究

上海要成为长三角乃至全国的开放型经济新高地,首先需对其概念重新定义。所谓开放型经济新高地,就是既要对内带头引领,又要对外开放,还要整合与服务周边地区,更要促进本地经济发展。其核心内涵主要集中在3点,即兼容、引领以及不可替代的核心竞争力。通过认识"开放"的双重含义、"新"的具体表现、"高地"的实质内涵,上海须进行四大调整,即"商旅文"变"文旅商"、信息与零售业变革、金融业创新、制造业升级,使上海重回经济高地。

To become the open-type economy of Yangtze river delta and even the whole country new heights, Shanghai first need to define the concept of that.
