中国投资银行竞争力研究

美国金融危机后,华尔街独立投资银行模式彻底消失。但中国证券公司通过三年行业综合治理,释放了非系统性风险,降低了财务杠杆,进入快速发展期。2011年,国内已有18家上市证券公司,其中少数证券公司的市值规模和资产规模已经接近国际投资银行。融资融券、股指期货等新业务的出现不仅完善了证券市场运行机制,也改变了证券公司的收入结构。与此同时,国内金融业也开始出现综合经营趋势和金融机构控股化特征,这些变化将对投资银行业的经营模式和竞争模式产生巨大影响,人们必须思考的问题是,中国证券公司是否应当继续模仿美国独立投资银行的发展模式?以往对投资银行竞争力的评价体系是否有效?事实表明,在新的业务模式和金融业发展趋势下,国内优秀证券公司的业务模式和竞争方式已经发生了很大变化,投资银行竞争力评价体系也应做出改变和调整。新的竞争力评价体系除了体现证券公司在传统业务方面所具有的优势外,更应当体现证券公司创新能力和业务结构优化能力,按照新的评价体系对国内证券公司竞争力进行分析,其结果与以往的分析有明显的不同。

Research on the Competitiveness of China Investment Banks

Until the year of 2011,there are 18 domestic listed security companies in the stock market,of which a few have already been close to the international investment banks in the aspect of asset scale.Margin and stock index futures,plus the emergence of new business not only perfected the securities market operating mechanism,but also changed the security companies’ income structure.Meanwhile,comprehensive management trends and financial institutions’ holding features began to appear in the domestic financial industries.These changes have been playing significant roles in investment banking business model and competitive mode.In fact,under new circumstances,excellent domestic security companies have been experiencing huge changes in business model and competitive way.So the evaluation systems must be changed and adjusted accordingly.New competition evaluation systems not only reflect the advantages of traditional business,but also reflect the innovation abilities and the structural optimization abilities.It will produce huge distinctions if according to the new evaluation systems.
