| 摘 要： | 随着社会、教育和学校的发展,高师院校转型势在必行。高师院校的转型使学校内部及外部联系产生了一系列变化,对高校毕业生就业产生了较大影响。文章分析了高师院校转型给高校毕业生就业带来的一系列问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The development in society,education and schools has made transformation a must for teachers colleges.This transformation entails a series of changes for the school,both internally and externally,which have exerted significant influences upon the job-hunting on the part of college graduates.This paper analyzes the many problems arising in the employment for college graduates resulted from transformation of teachers colleges,and,accordingly, puts forward solutions to and suggestions for them. |
