| 摘 要： | 在建设社会主义新农村背景下,建立健全农业生态补偿机制,已成当务之急。鉴于此,本文在对建立农业生态补偿机制的价值分析和主要发达国家实施生态农业补偿政策及其取得成效进行深入分析的基础上,针对我国目前农业生态补偿制度的现状,提出了全面建立农业生态补偿机制的政策支持和法律保障建议。

| Abstract: | Under the background of constructing the new socialist countryside,it has become an urgent thing to set up a perfect agro-ecological compensation mechanism.Thus,this paper puts forward some advices about policy supports and legal protections on setting up agro-ecological compensation mechanism on the basis of in-depth analysis on the implementation of ecological agriculture in the major developed countries to achieve the effectiveness of compensation policy. |
