| 摘 要： | 县域经济是我国国民经济的重要组成部分 ,发展县域经济是实现现代化目标的重要途径。解决中国“三农”问题、加快中国城镇化和现代化、促进农民市民化、实现宏观经济规模效益、推动国民经济发展必须发展县域经济。发展县域经济必须把握好提高经济发展主体竞争力、特色主导产业、促进生产要素加速流动、完善县域经济发展条件和环境等几个关键环节
