| 摘 要： | 近代湖南华昌公司斥巨资成功地进行了挥发法炼锑技术的引进,达到了当时世界的先进水平,为华昌公司后来的繁盛一时奠定了重要基础。其引进的技术即是现代所谓的挥发焙烧（熔炼）—还原熔炼炼锑工艺。华昌公司的技术引进之所以成功,主要是其领导者的远见卓识、政府的扶植、工程师的卓越才能和市场需求的拉动等因素的共同作用使然。知古鉴今,我们今天的技术引进应该以市场需求为导向,注重制度和管理创新的互动以及保障人才的可资利用。
