| Abstract: | For defending fair judicature and stopping judicial corruption, a set of terse and efficient supervisory system for judicature must be built up. But there are some defects in the designing of this system. The article analyzes these problems in supervisory system for judicature from both inside procedure and outside-procedure, and puts forward the reform methods correspondingly. |
