保障消费安全,不仅关系到扩大内需,繁荣经济,而且关系到广大人民群众的身体健康。笔者认为,由于目前我国农产品产业化、标准化以及规模经营程度不高,要迅速解决和治理食品安全问题是相当困难的。因而创建绿色商品市场——从流通环节保障消费安全,就显得特别重要。从阐述、界定绿色市场的含义出发,基于信息不对称角度分析绿色市场的运行,同时强调,政府必须强化对绿色市场发展的监督力度。

Green Market: the Last Link for Guaranteeing Consumption Safety

Guaranteeing consumption safety bears upon not only the expansion of domestic needs and economic prosperity but also the health of the broad masses of people. The author thinks that as the industrialization, standardization and the management scale of our agricultural products are still low in degree, it is difficult to rapidly solve and control the problem of food safety. Therefore, it is more important to create the green market-guaranteeing consumption safety through the circulation link. The author expounds and defines what the green market means, and, from the angle of information asymmetry, analyses the operation of the green market, stressing that the government must strengthen its supervision of the development of the green market.
