| 摘 要： | 亚里士多德从人性论和认识论的角度提出了其法治思想，认为法律应当具有至上性，制定出来的法律应该是良法；同时为实现其法治理论，亚里士多德还从立法和守法等诸多方面论述了实现法治的具体路径。这些法治思想的精髓，为我国现代法治建设提供了重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Aristotle put forward his Rule and Law Thought from the theory of human nature and epistemology and maintained that the law should have primacy,and meanwhile the enacted laws should be good law;At the same time for the realization of the theory,Aristotle discusses the specific ways to realize the rule of law from the legislative and law-abiding and many other aspects. |
