高校科技成果转化的效率分析及对策

科技成果转化是科学技术和经济、社会发展关系中的重要桥梁，是科技创新成果与社会经济活动的结合点。如何扭转高校科技成果转化率低的局面，创新地促进高校科技成果向现实生产力转化，通过对国内外高校的科技成果转化机制加以研究整理、演绎归纳，对阻碍我国高校科技成果转化的影响因素进行剖析，建立起适应高校、企业、政府三位一体的科技经济宏观调控体系和科技管理体制，构建以企业为主体的产学研科学技术创新体系。同时有效利用产学研相结合的科技成果转化与产业化模式，优化成果转化内部环境，探索新的运行机制。
