| 摘 要： | 新型生育文化有利于解决我国面临的老年人口问题。在建设新型老年文化、完善养老保障体系、健全老龄事业的组织和法律体系、加强社区老年服务建设等方面 ,新型生育文化具有重要的促进作用。论文建议应采取积极措施 ,把新型生育文化建设与老龄事业发展有机结合起来。

| Abstract: | New child-bearing culture is an effective solution to the increasingly serious population aging problems in China. It helps greatly in the issues such as new aged culture build-up, support system to the old, set -up of the organizations and legislation of the old, community service network for the old, etc. Thus the paper suggests the parties concerned to integrate the new child-bearing culture with the development of the old. |
