| 摘 要： | 宪法的本体含义在于 :宪法至上、宪法至尊、宪法至本。真正多数人的意志是宪法权威的内在根据。制定修改条件的严格和程序的复杂以及最高的法律效力得出了公开的确认构成宪法权威的外在根据。宪法权威的实现主要依赖于两个因素的支持 :人们普遍对宪法的信仰和宪法的形式化

| Abstract: | Constitution in its literal sense,is supreme,the most respected and the most literal.The internal basis of the authority of it lies in the real will of the masses.The external bases of the authority of it lie in the strictness of conditions for formulating and revising,the complication of procedure,and the public of constitution needs mainly the support of the two factors,that is,the popular belief of constitution among the masses and the formality of constitution.$$$$ |
