| 摘 要： | 高校的民主建设具有十分重要的意义。近年来,高校的民主建设既有显著进步,又存在明显不足。为深化高校民主建设,促进高校和谐发展,就高校内部来说,要把握和处理好领导干部与师生群众、民主与集中、制度与程序、民主与表达、党内与校内等民主关系。

| Abstract: | Democracy building is of great significance for higher educational institutions.Though notable progress in democracy building has been made in recent years in higher educational institutions,there still exist some obvious shortcomings.Therefore,in order to press ahead with democracy building and facilitate harmonious development of higher educational institutions,the following relationships should be dealt with properly： the relationship between leaders,teachers and students,between democracy and centralism,between systems and procedures,between democracy and manifestation,and between within Party and within school. |
