Abstract:In the social transformation, varieties of competitions are becoming heated. Leaders should not only face the competitions but also value the opportunities. Only by bringing their talents of management into fuller play and conducting full-scaled construction can the leaders seize the opportunities and find larger room for the survival and development of themselves and their institutions.
