| 摘 要： | 营养期杀虫蛋白(vegetative insecticidal proteins,VIPs)是苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)在对数生长中期分泌的一类新型杀虫毒蛋白。本文简述了芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)中的新型活性杀虫蛋白营养期杀虫蛋白VIPs及其编码基因的发现、特性、作用模式等研究进展。

| Abstract: | Novel vegetative insecticidal proteins(VIPs) are secreted outside the cell during Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) mid-logarithmic growth. The discovery,characteristics,functional mode and advance in study of vegetative insecticidal proteins(VIPs),a new type of insecticidal proteins as well as the encoding genes,which were found,extracted,and purified from Bacillus strains were briefly introduced in this paper. |
