摘    要:开发高效催化剂是提高原油催化酯化脱酸效率的关键。将 K2 CO3 /Al2O3 固体碱催化剂用于原油的酯化脱酸,用 XRD、N2 吸附–脱附、Hammett 指示剂–苯甲酸滴定法表征催化剂性质,研究活性组分含量及酯化反应条件对催化剂性质和活性的影响。结果表明:当 K2 CO3 负载量为 25% 时,活性组分呈多层分散,催化剂比表面积和孔体积显著下降。催化剂的总碱量(H–>9.3)和弱碱量(9.3

Abstract:Developing esterification catalysts with high performance is considered to be a key factor to improve the efficiency of catalytic esterification. Compared with the conventional acidic esterification catalysts, the solid alkaline catalysts show better anti-poisoning property and higher stability. A series of alumina-supported K2CO3 catalyst is prepared by pore volume impregnation method and used in the esterification reaction to remove acid from crude oil. The property of catalysts is characterized by XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption. Hammett indicator and benzene carboxylic acid titration method are used to measure the basicity strength and basicity amount distribution on thecatalysts. The effects of K2CO3 content on catalysts’ property and deacidfication activity are investigated and the esterification reaction conditions are studied. It is shown that the poor dispersed multilayer K2CO3 crystallites are formed on the catalyst which contains 25% K2CO3, causing a great decrease of specific surface area and pore volume of catalyst.
