摘    要:多数现行的管道设计方法都是以应力为基础的,但它不能完全有效地解决管道强度设计的所有问题,特别是对于地面变形等位移载荷控制下的情形。从国内外管道设计标准和最新的研究进展出发,对处于极限状态的椭圆化、拉伸和压应变极限的现行基于应变的标准进行了对比,分析了管道应变极限的多种控制因素,明确了多种影响因素对于管道应变极限的控制。面对国际上对管道强度在特定载荷作用下基于应变的设计趋势和我国西气东输及其二线工程的大规模建设,提出了我国进行相关研究的必要性与迫切性。

Abstract:Traditional pipeline design analysis method presented in various literatures is usually based on limit stress criteria,however,the method may be inapposite to modern steels,and the method can not solve all the problems in pipeline strength design,especially for displacement controlled loads such as ground displacement load.Strain limits,including ovalization limit,tensile strain limit and compressive strain limit,are compared in this paper based upon various codes and recommendations.In addition,some control factors of strain limits are also reviewed respectively.In view of the design tendency based on strain and the largescaled construction of gas transportation from west to east,as well as the second level projects,the importance and necessity of the related research are presented.
