| 摘 要： | 作为人才素质的综合体现,人格是以一定的生理特征为基础,以社会实践为中介,个体在与社会的相互作用中自主建构的相对稳定的内部状态与外部行为的统一体,其生成与发展是一个以自我意识发展为主要内容的渐进过程.青年期是自我意识的觉醒期,其人格发展表现出自主性、过渡性、实践性等特点.青年期是个体生成与发展的关键阶段,遵循青年人格发展与教育规律,培养具有健全人格的大学生是我国高校德育的重要任务.

| Abstract: | As the comprehensive reflection of the talents,the personality is based on the physiology,intermediated on the social practice is the stable entity of the individual inside state and outside action,which is established by individual on his own.Its product and development is a gradual process based on the development of self-consciousness.The youth is an awakening period of self-consciousness.At this time,its development is characteristic of autonomist,transition and practice.The youth is crucial stage of individual personality in the shape and development,so according to the laws of the development and education of the personality,cultivating university students to make them own perfect personality is an important task of our universities. |
