传统体制下劳动制度的效率与公平研究

摘    要:传统体制下的劳动制度是协调工业化和公平两个目标的结果,一方面,它实现了收入的均等化,避免了其它国家在工业化进程中遇到的严重城市化问题,但另一方面,也存在着劳动力的不流动、负激励和微观无效率等问题.对传统体制下劳动制度的评价有助于我们今天对劳动力市场制度的功能的全面理解,仅仅局限于提高劳动力配置效率可能会产生一系列社会问题,需要通过政府通过劳动力市场制度来调控劳动力市场.
