| 摘 要： | 以重庆大学研究生创新实践基地为依托,分析知识经济背景下高校创新人才培养所具备的基本素质,探讨了高校研究生创新人才孵化器建设模式。该模式简单归结为“一四三模式”,其主要内容包括创新人才培养目标的确立、创新人才团队建设四大原则的构建和三大基础支撑服务体系的建设;并对其创新人才孵化器建设取得成效进行简要分析。

| Abstract: | Taking the opportunity of promoting innovation project of graduate education put forward by ministry of education, and studying the case of graduate innovation practice in Chongqing University, this paper analyzes basic quality of university innovative talents cultivation with the background of knowledge-based economy, and discuses the incubator construction model of university innovative talents. This model can be simply summarized as"143 model", which includes four principals such as the establishment of purpose in innovative talents cultivation, the innovation team construction and three basic supporting systems. Finally, this article briefly analyzes the effectiveness of incubator building. |
