摘    要:通过W18Cr4V刀具带磁切削试验研究,探讨了高速钢刀具带磁切削的基本规律及机理,得出结论:带磁切削能有效降低切削力、提高刀具耐用度、提高生产率、降低成本,同时能明显地提高加工质量.

Abstract:Based on the experiment investigation on W18Cr4V tool cutting with magnetic field, cutting principles and basic laws of HSS tool were discussed in this paper. It follows from the research that metal cutting with magnetic field can make cutting force shrinking, tool life longer, productivity higher and cost lower, machining quality improved obviously.
