基于信任机理的供应链系统模型设计

首先通过合作伙伴间信任关系的博弈分析论述了信任形成的机理,然后分析了信任、合作与信息共享的辩证关系,在此基础上建立了一个基于信任机制的信息共享型供应链管理简易模型,指出了供应链上信息共享机制实现的三种技术,并分析了保证供应链合作关系顺利发展的利益分配机制和约束机制,最后对该模型进行了评价.

Design of supply chain system model based on trust mechanism

At first,this paper describes the mechanism of trust formation through the game analysis of the trust relationship among the cooperative partners,then analyses dialectical relation existing in trust,cooperation and information sharing,sets up an information sharing type of simple supply chain management(SCM) model on the basis of trust mechanism.It points out three kinds of technologies that can realize the information sharing mechanism,and analyses the interests distribution mechanism and the restriction mechanism which can guarantee the smooth development of supply chain cooperation relationship,and finally it appraises this model.
