新时代大学生创业价值观新探——一种后物质主义的视角

将后物质主义价值观理论引入大学生创业价值观领域,结合调查发现,超半数新时代大学生持后物质主义创业价值观。新时代大学生的后物质主义创业价值观具有四个主要特征:追求生活自由和工作自主、强调情怀、重视生活体验、注重实现自我价值。与此同时,家庭经济状况、父亲文化程度和创业课程成绩等因素影响着大学生的创业价值观。当下,应从价值引领、后物质主义创业价值观教育和父母价值观调整等方面引导和激励大学生建立正确的创业价值观。

University Students’ Entrepreneurial Values in the New Era:Perspective of Post-Materialism

Introducing the theory of post-materialist values into the field of entrepreneurial values of college students,combined with surveys,it was found that more than half of the new age college students hold post-materialist entrepreneurial values. Post-materialist entrepreneurial values in the new era have four main characteristics:the pursuit of freedom of life,work autonomy,emphasizing sense of feelings,life experience,and self-worth. At the same time,factors such as the family’s economic situation,father’s education level,and entrepreneurial course performance affect university students’ entrepreneurial values. At present,we should guide and encourage college students to establish correct entrepreneurial values from the aspects of value guidance,teaching of post-materialist entrepreneurial values,and adjustment of parental values.
