中国城市复兴与文化遗产关系研究现状及展望

城市化水平的提高意味着城市规模的扩张和城市人口数量的增加,而文化遗产作为城市人口思想与物质的结晶,难以像城市的"跨越式发展"那般实现"快速增长",故而大量的古城老街被强制开发,快节奏的生活取代了老城的传统节奏,老城逐渐衰落。但近年来,随着人们对精神世界追求的增强,城市复兴的呼声越来越高,城市中文化遗产的合理性开发逐渐受到了重视。专家学者们就如何激活城市特色文化遗产、推动城市复兴进行了讨论,认为实现文化遗产新价值与当代城市复兴双重创新融合与升级是其重要途径。

Current Research Status and Prospect of the Relationship between Urban Renaissance and Cultural Heritage in China

The improvement of the level of urbanization means the expansion of the city scale and the increase in the number of urban population. Cultural heritage,as the crystallization of the thought and material of the urban population,is difficult to achieve rapid growth like the leap-forward development of cities. A large number of old streets in the ancient city have been forcibly developed,and the fast-paced life has replaced the traditional rhythm of the old city,which has gradually declined. However,in recent years,with the resurgence of people’s pursuit of the spiritual world,the call for urban renewal has become higher and higher,and the rational development of cultural heritage in cities has gradually received attention. Experts and scholars discussed how to activate urban characteristic cultural heritage and promote urban rejuvenation. It is an important way to realize the dual innovative integration and upgrade of new values of cultural heritage and contemporary urban rejuvenation.
