国家助学贷款还贷率低的原因及对策分析

国家助学贷款是国家通过商业银行向高校家庭困难学生发放助学补助金的个人信用贷款。在近几年的实施过程中借贷违约率一直居高不下，严重影响了国家助学贷款政策的执行、学校的正常教学秩序、家庭贫困学生的学业以及银行正常业务的开展。针对当前国家助学贷款还贷款率低的现实问题，分析其产生的社会、家庭、学校、个人等层面的原因，并提出解决问题的对策建议。

On the Reasons for Higher Violation Rate of Government-Subsidized Student Loan and Its Countermeasures

Government-Subsidized Student Loan is granted by government to college students who have financial difficulties through commercial bank.However,the ration of violation has stayed at a high level in recent years,which severely affected further implement of policy on Government-Subsidized Student Loan,normal schooling of those students,normal business of commercial banks and normal teaching order.In this paper,the authors made an analysis of reasons for high violation rate of Government-Subsidized Student Loan from perspective of individual,family,school,society and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
