精算思想的演进与精算理论发展综述

精算是保险发展的基础,是保险经营的技术支持。精算在国外有四百年的发展历史,引入中国只有二十年。要使精算技术在中国得到发展创新并为社会需要服务,必须了解精算思想产生的历史背景,厘清精算理论发展的脉络,真正把握精算思想的实质。基于此,介绍了精算各发展时期的主要代表人物及其学术思想,阐述精算技术对各时期保险发展的影响,同时对精算学与复利理论、数学、统计学、计算技术、金融经济学交叉融合的历史过程进行了分析述评。

Review on the Evolution of Actuarial Thoughts and Development of Actuarial Theory

Actuarial science forms the foundation of insurance;it also provides technical support for insurance business.Actuarial science has been developing itself for 400 years abroad;however,it is only 20 years since we brought it into China.If we are to make actuarial science become a concrete source of support for Chinese social needs and make it possible for the actuarial technology to enjoy further development in China,we have to explore deeply the historical background which bred actuarial thoughts as well as the context of actuarial theory development.Only in this way can we truly grasp the essence of actuarial thoughts.This paper introduces major representative figures and their academic thoughts in each period of actuarial development and the effects that actuarial technology has on the development of insurance.At the same time,it also focuses on some analysis and discussions about the historical process of intersection and fusion between actuarial science,compound interest theory,mathematics,statistics,computation technology,and financial economics.
