| Abstract: | The teachers' professional development needs reflective teaching and strongly teaching wit,according to The Max Van Manen's thinking of pedagogics.Teaching wit is the representation of education idea of teachers.Teaching wit can reflects the education idea.The teacher professional development needs teaching wit which is included in the whole procces of teaching. |
