关于中国特色政治学学科建构与研究的思考

西方政治学是欧美资本主义国家现代政治发展的经验总结和理论概括,我们应当进行系统的研究,以从中吸取现代政治理论的发展成果,但是不应该把它当作普遍原理来定位和讲授。我们必须坚持唯物主义历史观,摈弃西方中心论,独立自主地探索中国现代政治发展的规律,走自己的路,绝不能照搬西方政治学。中国的现代政治学,应当以发展着的马克思主义为指导,根据中国的历史条件和民族传统、人民利益和社会发展的需要,总结当代中国政治发展的新经验,继承和革新中国政治发展的历史遗产,吸取、借鉴现代政治学说的科学成果,阐明中国社会主义民主政治建设和政治体制改革的特点、规律和道路。

On the Construction and Study of Political Science with Chinese Characteristics

Political science in the Western countries is the summary of those countries' experience of their political development and theories,which should be studied systematically in order to incorporate the new theoretical developments in modern political science.However,such theories can never be taught as universal principles.The general principles that should be followed in the construction of political science with Chinese characteristics are insistence on the materialist view of history and abandoning the theories centered around the West,for the reason that,only in this way can we explore independently and autonomously the laws of the political development in contemporary China,without being led by the nose by Western political theories.The political science in contemporary China should,by taking into consideration China-specific historical conditions,national traditions,the people's interests and the requirements of social development,be summary of the experience of the modern Chinese political development,and its development should be guided by Marxism that is constantly developing in order to reveal the characteristics,laws and path of the socialist democratic construction in China,by inheriting and innovating the legacy of the Chinese political development.
