落实科学发展观推进教育创新实践

以科学发展观为基点,从马克思主义哲学高度分析科学发展观的核心“以人为本”,探讨人的全面发展与社会实践的关系,剖析教育创新与人才培养的方向与内涵;从科学发展观、建设创新型国家的角度指出教育创新是时代赋予教育工作者的历史使命,是当前教育工作中亟待研究、开拓与实施的重要课题;并以科学发展观为指针,强化品德责任教育、活学活用知识、发展科学思维等是当前教育创新的关键所在。

Implement the Scientific Concept of Development and Promote the Practice of Educational Innovation

Based on the scientific concept of development, from the height of Marxist philosophy, this article analyzes the core of the scientific concept of development, that is,"man-oriented", and the relationship between the realization of all-round human development and the social practice, and the direction and content of educational innovation and personnel training. From the scientific concept of development and the development need of building an innovative country, it points out that educational innovation is the historic mission of the times entrusted to educators, and the important subject which is urgently to be studied, developed and implemented in the present educational work. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, it also points out that the key to the current educational innovation lies in strengthening the education of moral responsibility, studying and applying knowledge boldly and flexibly, and developing scientific thoughts, etc.
