| 摘 要： | 财政对农业、农民、农村的支持和投入,能够直接反映出政府关于"三农"的政策态度。财政"三农"投入是个大的范畴。本文通过对2006年至2012年辽宁省财政的"三农"投入进行分析,从投入的定量分析和产生的效果角度寻找辽宁省财政"三农"投入存在的问题,进而提出提高辽宁省财政"三农"投入绩效的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The financial support and investment to agriculture,farmer and rural area directly reflect government's attitude toward agriculture. In this paper,the financial investment into agriculture,farmer and rural area in Liaoning province from 2006 to 2012 is analyzed and some problems are found by quantitatively investigating the input and the results. Finally,some advice about how to enhance the performance of financial investment into agriculture of Liaoning province is proposed. |
