中国-东盟自贸区建设取得重大进展,存在的主要问题是双方的战略互信程度不高及安全框架的安排缺失。从中国-东盟自贸区进程中的问题出发,探讨中国-东盟安全架构缺失的原因,分析双方经济、安全互动对东亚一体化的战略意义,并对双方未来经济、安全协调发展提出建议。

Reflections on the Security Framework in the Free Development of Sino-ASEAN Trade

Great progress has been made in the construction of the Sino-ASEAN free trade zone.However,problems have appeared due to lack of mutual trust in strategy and the deficiency of the security framework.This paper starts with the problems in the development of Sino-ASEAN trade zone,discusses the causes for the loss of the Sino-ASEAN security framework,analyzes the strategic significance of the bi-lateral economic activities and security to the East Asian integration,and proposes advice on the concord development of the Sino-ASEAN economy and security.
