| 摘 要： | 通过对铸态高温铁锅脱模方法的分析比较及生产现场的模拟实验结果,提出了有别于常规脱模方法的负压吸附脱模法,并且构思了采用该种脱模法的机械装置。采用负压吸附脱模法,能安全、高效地实现铸态高温铁锅的脱模,为最终实现铸锅自动化生产解决了一个关键工序的技术问题。

| Abstract: | By comparing and analyzing the metheod of the drawing of patterns of high tem-peratuer iron spots in casting state and by the result of the simulated test on the preducing spot,the author puts forward a new method of the drawing of patterns by negative pressure adsorption,Which is quit defferent from the ordinary ones. He also works out the mechanical device,With this method,the drawing of patterns of high temperature iron pots in casting state can by very safe and officient.It will solve an important technical problem in the working procer for the realizing of the automations in producing casting pots. |
