煤炭企业的衰变机理与再生战略

摘    要:煤炭企业的生产对象是地下煤炭资源,煤炭资源赋存的地域性、有限性及不可再生性决定了煤炭企业往往会"因煤而兴、因煤而衰"。为了实现可持续发展,煤炭企业必须尽早进行战略规划,根据企业的内部条件和外部环境选择并实施再生战略。煤炭企业可采取三种再生战略:产业链延伸、跨区域开采和多元化经营。

On the Declining Mechanism and Regenerating Strategy of Coal Enterprises
Abstract:The production object of the coal enterprises is the underground coal resources. As we know, coal resources are parochial, limited and non-renewable, so the prosperity and decline of coal enterprises lies in its resources, and its development includes exploration period, growth period, mature period, declining period and exhaustion period of resources. In order to promote sustainable development, the coal enterprises must choose and design the appropriate regenerating strategy to influence and control the declining course, break through the restriction of local resources, so that it doesn't enter declining period, but the regeneration period. The paper holds that, coal enterprises have three regenerating strategies, industry chain extension strategy, trans-regional exploitation strategy and diversification strategy, it should choose the strategy according to its internal conditions and external environments. The paper analyses the advantages, disadvantages and conditions of the three strategies.
