| 摘 要： | TRIMs作为WTO“一揽子协议”之一,要求我国在制定和实施用以引导或限制投资的措施时,务必考虑是否有违TRIMs所禁止的与贸易有关的投资措施,这势必对我国外资法产生重大影响。我国外资法在经历了入世前的修订浪潮后,仍旧存在与TRIMs不相符合之处,进一步的完善十分必要,尤其是鉴于TRIMs突出的过渡性,外资法还将受到冲击。

| Abstract: | As one of a package agreements in WTO,TRIMs demands that China must concern whether or not its investment measures violate the trade-related investment measures of TRIMs.This demands impacts China Foreign Investment Law greatly.Thought our Foreign Investment Law has been amended considerably before entering WTO,it is not in accord with the rules of TRIMs in many places.And in the light of the transitional character of TRIMs,China Foreign Investment Law will be challenged in the future. |
