| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的不断发展，其所带来的不确定性的社会后果使人们生活在风险社会之中。为了应对科学技术所产生的灾难性风险，作为科学技术研究者的科学家尤其应当树立起社会责任感。他们应坚持求真与求善相统一，使科学技术造福于人类；应积极参与和影响政府的决策；应坦诚相见，赢得大众的信任；应普及科学知识，提高公众的科学素养。

| Abstract: | The uncertain social consequences of the constant growth of science and technology leave people a risk society. To deal with the possible risks of science and technology,scientists should cultivate a sense of social responsibility. They should pursue truth and goodness to make science and technology serve mankind,take part in and influence government decision-making,be honest to win public trust,and popularize scientific knowledge to enhance the scientific quality of the public. |
