儒学再制度化的努力与限制

在制度化儒家解体近百年后,大陆新儒家试图将儒学重新制度化.他们反对前三代现代新儒家对儒学的哲学化诠释路径,主张国家的政治法律制度都要儒家化,并主张立儒教为国教.他们还提出了"上行路线"和"下行路线"的具体策略,并已部分地付诸实践.不过,在中国政治发展方向的设计,对马克思主义的理解,以及关于儒学的历史评价等问题上,大陆新儒家所做的儒学再制度化的努力都有诸多限制.当然,儒学再制度化的设计虽属一厢情愿,但也应引起我们的高度重视.

The Efforts and Limitations of Re institutionalizing Confucianism

The institutionalized Confucianism got disintegrated one hundred years ago and now the Neo Confucianists in China''s mainland are trying to re institutionalize Confucianism. They do not accept the philosophical interpretation of Confucianism by the previous three generations of Neo Confucianism but advocate the Confucianizing of the state politics and the legal system and encourage the establishment of Confucianism as the national religion. Their different strategies have been partly implemented. However, their efforts at re institutionalizing Neo Confucianism have some limitations in terms of their design of the political development in China, their understanding of Marxism and their historic evaluation of Confucianism. Though this trend is only a kind of wishful thinking of these Neo Confucianists, it should deserve our great concern.
