| 摘 要： | 三江源地区是我们国家经济社会发展最为滞后的地区之一,三江源地区最主要的贫困问题是受生态环境约束的基础性贫困,生态移民在认识论上就被作为反贫困问题的重要举措,试图通过改变贫困人口的生存空间,突破制约生存发展的环境约束,从而达到改变贫困人口生存状态的目的。实践证明,科学的生态移民对于摆脱因环境压力造成的基础性贫困具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Sanjiangyuan region is one of our country′s most backward areas in term of economic and social development.The most serious poverty problem of Sanjiangyuan region is bounded with it′s ecological environment constrain.Ecological migrants are important anti-poverty initiatives,epistemologically trying to change poor people′s Jiving space and to break the environmental constraints on survival and development in order to achieve the goal of changing poverty-stricken population′s living condition.Practice has proved that scientific ecological migrant has significance impacts on winning out basic poverty caused by environmental pressure. |
