| 摘 要： | 赡养老人 ,保护老人的合法权益 ,是中华民族的传统美德 ,也是每一个成年子女应该履行的法定义务。赡养老人在法律上主要是指在物质上提供的帮助 ;从社会学上讲 ,赡养也指对老人生活上的照料和精神上的慰藉 ;直面全球老龄化危机 ,我们应担负起法律赋予的赡养老人的义务和责任

| Abstract: | It is Chinese traditional virtue to support the old and protect their legal rights and interests.It is also lawful duty for every adult. From law point of view, it means to help the old with substance. From the social science point of view, it means to care for them in their life and comfort them in their mentality. Facing on the crisis that aged people has been growing all over the word,we should take on the duty and the responsibility of supporting the old that law ask us. |
