加快连云港桥头堡功能建设刍议

西部大开发是我国现代化建设关键时期提出的一项宏伟战略,新亚欧大陆桥是连接我国东西部的一条重要经济纽带,连云港是这一经济纽带的东桥头堡,在西部开发中占据了优先的地理位置。分析了西部大开发对连云港市桥头堡的建设带来的机遇和连云港市的不足,从"双赢"的角度探索和研究了如何利用西部大开发的契机促进连云港桥头堡功能的建设。

Speeding up the Functional Construction of Lianyungang City as the Bridgehead

West Development is a great strategy put forward in the critical period of modernization in our country. The new Eurasian Continental Bridge is an important economic belt that connects the east with the west. As the east bridgehead, Lianyungang City is blessed with a favorable geographical position in West Development. The opportunities that West Development brings to Lianyungang and the inferior positions that the city is facing are analyzed in this paper to make full use of the opportunities therein and promote the functional construction of Lianyungang as the bridgehead. In doing so, the construction of Lianyungang as a harbor city must be sped up and the weak points as a bridgehead must be strengthened.
