| Abstract: | Beginning from the fact that the social division o f labour benefits the chains of increasing values,we analyse the environment of the objective economy the coalition is facing.The coalition is an inevitable way for market challenge.The paper puts forward practical operation and methods of coalition,discusses about the problems the coalition may meet with and makes con clusion that it is necessary to establish the coalition between industrial capit als and commercial capitals. |
