高校管理工作实行“两分式”管理模式的研究

摘    要:随着市场经济体制的不断完善和高校管理体制改革日趋深入,实行全员聘用制是未来用人制度改革的必然趋势,传统的等级分配机制正在逐渐被岗位工资、绩效工资、贡献工资所取代,论文从高校管理工作本身的特性出发,提出“‘两分式’管理模式”,这种管理模式对未来人事制度改革具有重要方法论意义和实践价值。

Abstract:With the constant perfection of market economy and the gradual deepening of the administration system of colleges and universities,system of contractual employment of the entire personnel is an inevitable tendency of the future reform of employment system.Traditional class distribution mechanism is gradually taken place by post wage,achievement salary and contribution salary.Starting from the characteristics of college administrative work,the article put forward a " 'dichotomy' administrative mode",which deserves important methodological significance and practical value to future reform of personnel system.
