| 摘 要： | 我国高校学报由于强烈的自我服务意识,难以形成资源的合理配置。为了面对学术期刊国际化发展趋势,学报编辑在具体的编辑活动中要辩证地处理好编辑活动的依附性与创新性的关系,认清自己的职业责任,搞好选题策划,科学定位学报发展方向,突出学术特点,提高学报的竞争力。

| Abstract: | It is difficult for sources to be distributed rationally because of the strong self-service sence of our university journals.To face the internationalization tendency of the scientifc journals,our editors should deal dialectically with the relation between dependence and creativity of journals,know our professional duty well,plan the topics for choice well,decide the development tendency of journals,project the scientific character and strengthen the competitive power of our journals. |
