编辑约稿之“名家”辨析

对于学术期刊来说,特别是普通高校学报,要想提高其学术质量,没有约稿几乎是不可能的。在对＂名家＂与＂普通作者＂外延的重新＂划分＂的基础上,从约稿对象寻找的难易程度、约来好稿的机率,以及约来稿件的社会效益三个方面进行比较分析,提出编辑约稿应该在并不放弃普通作者的同时,将更多精力放在＂名家＂身上,快速提高学报的学术影响力,从而真正有实力、有胆气帮助＂普通作者＂从稚嫩走向成熟。

On "Master" from Whom the Editors Solicit Contributions

As for academic journals,especially the ones of common universities,it is impossible to improve their quality if there are no solicited contributions.Based on the distinguishable definition of ＂master＂ and ＂common author＂,this paper analyzes three aspects：difficulty of soliciting contributions,probability of soliciting better contributions and the social benefit of the solicited contributions.Thus this paper concludes that editors should not give up common authors and at the same time should spend more time on masters,which enable us to improve the academic popularity of the journal,to help the common authors who are full of strength and courage attempting to become mature.
