| 摘 要： | 随着“90后”大学生的个性化及新媒体等大环境的影响,我国地方高校志愿服务工作面临新的挑战。当前,志愿服务动机中信念与功利并存、志愿服务意愿中现实与理想矛盾、志愿服务管理中持续与松散矛盾。因此,应从志愿服务动机人性化、志愿服务意愿理性化及志愿服务管理精细化着力,促进地方高校志愿服务的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The local universities in our country are facing new challenges with the influence of the individualization of university students and the new media in the macro-enviromnent. At present, faith and interest coexists in the motivation of voluntary service, reality and ideal contradicts in the aspiration of voluntary service, and continuity and looseness conflicts in the management of voluntary service. Therefore, more efforts should be paid to humanize the motivation of voluntary service, rationalize the aspiration of voluntary service and refine the management of voluntary service, in order to enhance the sustainable development of voluntary service in local universities. |
