| 摘 要： | "论德使能"是指按照"德能"标准,考察、选拔和任用人才的思想或制度.儒家继承了西周的"论德使能"思想,提出了儒者为官与贤人治国的理念,发展了尚贤使能的为政之道,丰富了入仕者德能素质的内涵,改善了考察选用人才的方法,并将"论德使能"制度的重要性提到了关系社稷安危的高度.

| Abstract: | The institution of selecting talents and appointing officials by their morals and abilities was formed in the Western Zhou Dynasty. The Confucianists carried it on, put forward the concepts that the Confucianists were to be officials and that worthies administer the state.This enriched the connotation of moral and ability, perfected the measures of examining and selecting talents and the ways of assigning them to the posts which matched with their morals and abilities, and increased simultaneously the importance of the institution . |
