| 摘 要： | 基于科学发展观和＂十一五＂发展规划,回眸评价电力改革三十年的历程,大致可归为三个阶段,十个重要事件。文章在总结我国电力改革发展的成果与问题的基础上,结合国际电力发展经验与教训分析,对我国电力今后改革与发展进行了展望与探讨。
