| 摘 要： | 双重居民收入分配格局的形成,决定了政府必须建立相应的双轨调控制度,才能适应对双重居民收入分配格局进行有效调控的需要.双轨调控是政府对居民收入分配的宏观直接调控与宏观间接调控构成的有机统一体,其目的是针对不同的体制成分,采取不同的调控手段,为最终在社会范围内建立以间接调控为主的收入分配调控制度创造条件.

| Abstract: | The formation of the double distribution of resisdent's income decides that the government should establish a system relating to the dual regulation,then it can meet needs of an effective regulation for the pattern of the double distribution of resisdent's income.The dual regulation is an organic whole formed by government's direct macroscopic regulation and in direct macroscopic regulation to the distribution of resident's income.The goal is to creat favourable conditions in social range in order to establish a regulation system of the income distribution in the end.We will take different measures of regulation and make indirect regulation first for different composition of the system. |
